How to Ask for Deletion
In the app: open Settings, tap Delete Account (shown when you are signed in) and send the email it prepares.
Without the app: email passport@myinnos.in from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Cinema Passport account".
We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What Is Deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, country, gender, passport number and account ID
- Your profile photo, if you uploaded one
- Device information saved with your profile (device ID, model, manufacturer, Android version) and your sign-up and sign-in dates
- The usage statistics linked to your account
- Your sign-in account in Google Firebase
Crash reports and analytics events held by Firebase are not linked to your name or email, and Firebase deletes them automatically after its retention period.
What Stays With You
Your movie journal is stored on your phone, not on our servers. To remove it, use Delete Entire Data in Settings, clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
Backups in your own Google Drive are under your control. You can delete them from Drive at any time.
